What it takes

We hire fiercely independent, high IQ, intellectually curious people who know how to problem solve and communication solutions. Prior consulting experience is helpful but not required.

What we look for in candidates

You can discuss ‘growth strategy’

You can demonstrate an extreme attention to detail

You have worked as an executive or advised an executive level

You have hands-on experience with the modern martech stack and discuss it

You can demonstrate how data has provided you actionable insights (with concrete examples)

You have personally grown some area of a business (more revenue, more customers, greater purchase frequency, lowered cost, etc)

You can discuss various theories on attribution

You can discuss various theories on benchmarking, testing, and optimization

You understand where the data warehouse fits into a modern reporting environment

Bonus if you have SQL or other coding experience
